Joe joined OADA's Government Relations staff in February of 1998. His principle duties include representing the interests of the dealers before the Ohio General Assembly and state governmental agencies, including the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles and Ohio's Attorney General's Office. He is also responsible for coordinating Dealer Investment Group (DIG) and NADA PAC (formerly the Dealers Election Action Committee, or DEAC) fundraising and grassroots activities.
Joe previously served in the Voinovich Administration as Legislative Liaison for the Ohio Department of Public Safety (which includes the Bureau of Motor Vehicles), where he represented agency interests before the Ohio General Assembly. He also served as Legislative Aide in the Ohio House of Representatives.
Joe is a graduate of The Ohio State University with degrees in Political Science and Marketing.
