$189,000!

The Columbus Automobile Dealers Association hosted their annual night of giving back to local central Ohio communities on Friday, March 16 at the Greater Columbus Convention Center. Another year for the Auto Show Charity Gala and another record broken. Hundreds gathered to support the worthy causes and together raised $189,000 for three amazing charities: the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Ohio, the Childhood League Center and the Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center - James Cancer Hospital and Solove Research Institute (OSUCCC-James).

Each charity was presented with a check for $63,000 by Columbus Auto Show Committee Chairman, Justin Harmon of Bob Caldwell Automotive and the rest of the Auto Show Committee comprised of Jeff Brindley, Bruce Daniels, Bobby Dawes, Rick Germain, Laurie Gill, Rhett Ricart, Scott Thomas, Greg Swain and Matt Kunze.

The evening began with our CareWorks Family of Companies Casino providing entertainment with craps tables, blackjack, poker and roulette. Attendees were provided a CareWorks Family of Companies Casino voucher and they played the tables for a chance to win a raffle prize: a golf package at the Muirfield Village Golf Club, home of the Memorial Tournament, a 6-month membership to Massage Envy, a YETI prize pack or an OSU football game and dinner package.

Nick Stanutz, recently retired from Huntington as a Senior Executive Vice President, was presented the 2018 Automotive Achievement Award by Brad Harmon of the Dispatch Media Group. CADA thanks Nick and his family for all of their support throughout the years and the work done in the community.

THANK YOU to all of our wonderful sponsors of the evening, especially our presenting sponsor, the Dispatch Media Group, our casino sponsor, CareWorks Family of Companies, and Huntington.
