Dan Reineke Receives Northwood University's Automobile Dealer Education Award
Northwood University believes automobile dealers deserve national recognition for their individual efforts to improve education in the industry.
OADA member Dan Reineke, Co-Owner of the Reineke Family Dealerships in Tiffin, Ohio, is one of seven recipients of Northwood University's 2017 Automobile Dealer Education Award.
Having provided support to education and a multitude of community programs and activities for many years, the Reinekes are stalwarts in their communities. Dan Reineke is a Northwood alumnus, community leader and philanthropist.
Dan is a member of the Board of Trustees for Tiffin University and serves as the board secretary helping guide its future growth and ensuring that it maintains its high level of educational offerings. In working with the University Board he was very instrumental in securing the 8th Annual Maritime Risk Symposium this past year. Tiffin University is a member of the Department of Homeland Security Coastal Resilience Center of Excellence and the symposium brought together local, state and federal authorities, academics and industry professionals to discuss the threats and challenges to maritime cyber security and the marine transport system.*
The awards were presented at a breakfast at the National Automobile Dealers Association Annual Convention on March 24 at the Paris Las Vegas Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada. Other recipients of the 2017 Automobile Dealer Education Award include:
