OADA Updates Guidance on What to Do If an Employee Tests Positive for COVID-19

In an effort to continue to help dealers, OADA has updated its checklist on what to do if an employee tests positive for COVID-19.  The updated checklist can be found HERE and on our dedicated Coronavirus webpage.  Generally, the updates include:

  • Exploring the steps for both a positive test and when experiencing symptoms but no positive test;
  • Reiterating CDC guidelines on when employees should be able to return to work after a positive test or experiencing symptoms;
  • Providing an easy access to CDC resources to give employees who have tested positive or are experiencing symptoms; and
  • Reviewing common questions employees ask in the event of a positive test to help dealers prepare for those conversations.
