Karen joined OADA in 2014 working with the Services Department Team in Customer Service and Inside Sales. She rejoined the organization in 2019 as an Executive Assistant.

Prior to working at OADA, Karen worked in the consumer products industry as a Broker Account Executive managing key accounts and merchandising teams. Karen is a graduate of Ohio State University with a BS in marketing and is a big fan of the Buckeyes and Cleveland Browns. In her spare time Karen enjoys traveling with her husband and two daughters, exploring the restaurant scene in Columbus with friends, cooking and long walks with her furry friends at home.
