FTC Advertising Compliance Hub

FTC compliance enforcement is increasing rapidly in 2026, with the commission focusing heavily on auto dealerships, pricing transparency, and data security. The FTC recently issued warning letters to 97 dealerships across the country, signaling a significant escalation in federal scrutiny of automotive advertising practices.
